Michal will focus on corporate and M&A advisory, with a particular emphasis on his specializations in the Technology, Energy, and Healthcare sectors. His expertise in structuring and negotiating complex transactions has made him a trusted advisor to leading clients in these industries. Milan will drive the firm’s growth in real estate and real estate financing, leveraging his in-depth market knowledge to guide clients through high-value acquisitions, developments, and financings.

Michal Jašek has been with Clifford Chance since 2005 and has played a key role in advising on high-profile corporate and M&A transactions, including his recent work for EBT (owned by Rockaway Capital and CITIC) on the sale of Invia, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading online travel platforms. Recognized for his strategic insights and cross-border transaction expertise, Michal has become a trusted advisor to leading clients in the region. He graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc and is fluent in Czech, English, and German.
Milan Rákosník, who joined Clifford Chance in 2011, has established himself as a prominent figure in real estate law and related financing. His recent notable achievements include advising ČMN on the acquisition of 16 A-listed retail assets from the Redside fund, a significant deal in the Czech real estate market. Milan’s comprehensive knowledge of the sector and client-focused approach have solidified his reputation as a go-to advisor for major real estate transactions. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague (VŠE) and Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. He is fluent in Czech and English.
