Complaints procedure
Clifford Chance Prague is committed to the highest standards in its service to clients and in all its business dealings. If at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service that the Firm has provided, and you would like to make a complaint, then please contact the partner responsible for your matter or your relationship partner who will be happy to discuss the matter with you. If you are still dissatisfied, you may invoke the Firms complaints handling procedure. Complaints can be sent to complaints@cliffordchanceprague.com and we will endeavour to respond to your message within 48 hours or as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the handling of your complaint.
In the event of an unresolved dispute, clients may complain to the Czech Bar, details of which are accessible through this link.
