We have advised Czechoslovak Group (CSG), a leading European defence group, on its initial public offering (IPO) of shares and listing on Euronext Amsterdam. The transaction marks a significant milestone for CSG and is the largest-ever defence listing (by value), the largest European IPO since 2022 and the largest listing on Euronext Amsterdam in the past two decades.
We have advised advised Union Investment on the sale of the Palladium shopping and office centre in Prague to Reico investiční společnost, a member of the Erste Group.
We have advised global investment firm Carlyle on its acquisition of Adastra Group, a Czech Canadian technology company specialising in business intelligence, data management and digital transformation. This transaction marks one of the largest M&A deal in the Czech Republic in 2025.
