Relevant experience
- Advising a banking club led by UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia on successful EUR 3.6 billion financing of Slovenské elektrárne, Slovakia's largest electricity producer. The transaction marks the largest corporate debt refinancing in Slovakia's history and stands as one of the most significant deals in Central and Eastern Europe region.
- Advising Všeobecná úverová banka (VUB), Slovakia's second largest bank and a subsidiary of an Italian international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo on VUB's issuance of EUR 500 million in covered bonds, which were subsequently listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
- Advising Cromwell Property Group on the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of 11 logistics and light industrial properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia from ARETE investment group.
- Advising CTP Invest, the biggest industrial developer in the CEE owning assets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine on EUR 2 billion financing arranged and underwritten by a consortium of six leading banks.
- Advising LCN Capital Partners on the Slovak aspects of the sale and lease back acquisition of a portfolio consisting of 11 car showrooms located in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and related financing obtained from UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Advising CTP Invest, Europe's largest listed owner, developer and manager of logistics and industrial real estate by GLA, in connection with financing of industrial parks owned and developed by CTP in Slovakia. The new facilities were provided by a banking club consisting of Erste Group Bank and Slovenská sporiteľňa.
- Advising Ren Power on the due diligence and structuring of the acquisition of FVE Svinná, a Slovak photovoltaic plant.
- Advising Mondelez International, Inc. on the Czech and Slovak aspects of the combination of its global coffee business with D.E. Master Blenders 1753 B.V. to be named Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE).
- Advising the sellers on the disposal of leading Slovak terrestrial and satellite television provider and radio broadcasting services operator Towercom to Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 (MEIF4).
- Advising Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH on the acquisition of Central Shopping Centre in Bratislava, Slovakia.
- Advising Československá obchodní banka on refinancing of the existing indebtedness of the P3 entities and financing of further development of the P3 real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Advising a bidder in connection with the potential acquisition of Slovenské elektrárne, a major Slovak producer of electricity and a 66% subsidiary of Enel S.p.A.
- Advising financiers to a bidder on the PPP project for the D4 highway / R7 expressway in Slovakia.
- Advising Software AG, a world leader in enterprise management software, in relation to its divestment of non-core assets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
