The Prague office of Clifford Chance successfully represented Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) and NEMO Fund in the acquisition of a high-value portfolio comprising 16 commercial properties. This transaction, one of the largest in the Czech real estate market this year, involves assets valued in the billions of CZK.
The Prague team of Clifford Chance has advised KKCG on the largest commercial bond issuance for retail investors in the Czech history. The issuance, totalling up to 10 billion CZK, has received approval from the Czech National Bank and marks a significant milestone for KKCG.
The Prague office of Clifford Chance has advised European Bridge Travel and its shareholders, Rockaway Capital and CITIC Europe Holdings, on the successful disposal of 100% of the shares in Invia Group, a leading online travel agency in Central and Eastern Europe, to WP Holding. The transaction value is approximately 240 million euros (approx. 6 billion crowns), which makes it one of the largest transactions of the year.
